This & That

Both Jan and Sandy have done a lot of obedience work with their dogs in the past.  While agility seems to have taken over their time recently, that doesn't mean they feel obedience is any less important.  With the advent of Rally Obedience they've gotten involved in this sport once again.

They have put obedience titles on several of their dogs.  And one of their biggest thrills has been watching the dogs they have bred excelling in performance.  Below are several of those dogs  and their titles.

In May 2009 Gracie took her first trip into the obedience ring and told me this is what she most likes to do.  She quickly earned her Rally Novice title with scores of 97, 96, 99 & 87 resulting in a 3rd Place & two 4th Place Placements. After Gracie finished with motherhood we were back in the Rally Ring and in June 2010 she earned her Rally Advanced title with 3rd, 2nd, and 1st placements.   In May 2009 Emmy took her first trip into the obedience ring quickly earning her Rally Novice title.  While her scores were good she was always 1 or 2 points behind her Aunt Gracie and only had a couple placements.
